Instructions
Combine ingredients in a
food processor
or high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
4 medium bananas,
¾ cup canned pumpkin,
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract,
1 ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice,
1-2 tablespoon maple syrup
Taste and adjust maple syrup to your preference. Serve immediately, or for a firmer, scoopable consistency, freeze for 1-3 hours before serving.
