Heat cranberries, orange zest, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, and water in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat.
12 oz cranberries, 2 teaspoon orange zest, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1 cup water, ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 10-15 minutes, stirring, or until cranberries have split and mixture has thickened.
Stir in sweeteners until dissolved. Stir in vanilla.
½ cup Confectioners Swerve, ½ cup Brown Swerve, 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Let cool before serving.

Instant Pot Instructions:
Combine everything except your sweetener and vanilla and pressure cook on high for 1 minute.
Let your pressure release for 10 minutes, then do a quick release.
Turn your Instant Pot to Sauté mode to thicken your cranberry sauce to your desired consistency.
Once it’s reached the thickness you like, stir in your sweetener until it’s dissolved, then add vanilla and you’re ready to serve your Instant Pot Keto cranberry sauce!
