2½cups(591g)rotisserie chicken meat with skin - chopped, see note
½cup(80g)yellow onion - finely chopped
2tablespoon(30ml)fresh dill - finely chopped
½cup(112g)mayonnaise - full-fat or light, whichever you prefer
salt and freshly cracked pepper - to taste
