½cup(118ml)water - almond milk, or juice (plus more as needed for blending)
ice cubes - (optional) for a thicker smoothie
Instructions
Blend all ingredients except ice in a blender until smooth.
¼ cup blackberries, ½ cup strawberries, ½ banana, ¼ cup Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoon ground flaxseed, ½ cup water
Add ice if needed to thicken, or more liquid if desired to thin smoothie out a bit.
