These easy condensed milk brownies are eggless and so incredibly fudgy! And they’re made with just a handful of ingredients. You can use an option like Eagle Brand condensed milk for brownies, or you can make vegan condensed milk brownies with coconut condensed milk!
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x9 baking pan with baking spray and line with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.

In a large bowl, whisk together butter, sweetened condensed milk, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
14 oz sweetened condensed milk, ¾ cup unsalted butter, ⅔ cup light brown sugar, 2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Sift in flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Stir with a rubber spatula until combined. Fold in chocolate chips.

Spread into prepared pan and smooth top to even. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick entered into the center comes out clean or with moist crumbs.
Let cool in pan 15 minutes, then enjoy warm or transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
