This is my go-to pineapple mango kale smoothie! No banana needed, but tons of tropical flavor and collagen add to the kale and mango smoothie benefits!
1cup(250g)water or almond milk - plus more if needed
Instructions
Add all ingredients to blender, keeping kale closest to cutting blades and being sure not to go over your blender cup's liquid fill line.
1 cup chopped kale, ¾ cup frozen mango chunks, ¾ cup frozen pineapple chunks, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 20 g collagen peptides, 2 tablespoon ground flaxseeds, 1 cup water or almond milk
Blend until kale is fully puréed and mixture is smooth.
Divide into two glasses and serve!
Notes
Frozen fruit: If you aren't able to find frozen mango and pineapple chunks for this mango kale smoothie, you can either cut fresh ripe mango and pineapple and freeze it yourself in advance, or you can substitute any sweet frozen fruit blend you like!
