Preheat oven to 350℉ and spread 1 tablespoon of butter onto the bottom of a 9x9 pan.
4 tablespoon salted butter
Heat peaches, cornstarch, lemon juice, remaining butter, sugar, and nutmeg in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer, stirring, and cook for 5 minutes until mixture is thickened. Mix in vanilla.
4 cups canned peaches in juice, 2 tablespoon cornstarch, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 4 tablespoon salted butter, ½ cup granulated sugar, ⅛ teaspoon nutmeg, 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Pour peach mixture into prepared pan and spread evenly.
Cut cinnamon rolls into quarters and add cinnamon roll pieces on top of the peaches in the pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until cinnamon rolls are a deep golden brown and peach mixture is bubbling.
Drizzle icing all over the cinnamon roll topping and serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
