To make cold foam, add very cold half-and-half and chilled pumpkin spice sauce to a cup.
¼ cup half and half, 2 tablespoons pumpkin spice sauce
Use a handheld milk frother to blend the mixture, and continue frothing until mixture has increased in volume and is light and fluffy, about 30-45 seconds.
Pour over your iced drink and dust with pumpkin pie spice, if desired. Enjoy immediately.
